loan brokers and finance companies in obtaining financing for
your clients and borrowers. All of our products and services
are available to loan brokers and finance companies. Our
method is to provide a simplified and efficient process. This
enables you to complete transactions for your clients and
borrowers.
If you have a transaction as
described on the Main Page, we can discuss the available loan
options. On many loan options, we can provide a Letter of
Intent (proposal) to show expected loans and terms on the same
day as our discussion. Our Letters of Intent (LOI) are often
identical to the approval. In other words, on many
transactions we provide the exact loan terms in our initial
conversation.
